My Story
I spent nearly thirty years in product management, at Yahoo, MySpace, AOL, and eleven years at ADP. The job was always the same: figure out exactly what someone needs, then find a way to make it happen.
A few years ago, I sailed to Antarctica on Seabourn Venture. Standing there watching penguins run across a rocky beach, I knew I was done with office life. Ships, Ports and Penguins is named for that moment.
These days, those same instincts point at trips, and they work from both ends. I get to know you: who's traveling, how you like to travel, what you like. And I get to know the people running things. I sit down with hotel managers and cruise-line executives and get the story straight from them. Then I can put the two together, and find the ship, the cruise line, and the hotels that fit you best.
I recommend from experience, not a brochure. If I haven't sailed a ship, I've been on board to see it for myself.

My Process
Discovery. Your dates, who is traveling, must-haves, and budget.
Proposal. A plan with options. You react, I refine, and we keep going until it's right.
Detailed logistics. Dining and spa reservations, transfers, and special requests. I handle it all.
Travel. Before you leave, we review your itinerary on a call, in detail. I'm available while you travel, in case of blips.
